I liked the vehicle and Patti was amazing⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I picked the Tesla I said iI would be late because I work in the oilfields and transportation was behind. Ya no problems. But when I called and said I'd be late late maybe an hr because couldn't find a charging station in Leduc and I'd have to take it back to Edmonton. All I got was we'll charge you a late return fee. So its ok to pick up late but return a little late? Then the person who person at reception either has a bad attitude or having a bad day. "Customer service", is not bad attitude it's doing what you can to the best of your abilities to make to customer feel like you actually care. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Hertz. Patti was the only person plus the pickup staff that actually made me think, ok it was just that other time with the bad attitudes. Anyways liked the car andn Patti. Don't think I'll will be using Hertz again

The address for the drop off was wrong, the lady at the emergency phone didn’t have the correct address either, the drop location first didn’t pick up. There were no signs at the entrance of the parking lot. And there were 20 different parking lots at the biggest mall of the world. It was a nightmare
