Pros (+) It was near the facilities I would be attending functions at.
Cons (-) The room was not totally cleaned. I opened a night stand drawer to find a bag of chips in it. I checked each day I was there, they were not removed. Also, fixtures had dust on them, lots of dust like they never clean the lights/lamps.
