Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very comfy room
Third floor room with no lift
The location was absolutely superb, in a nice quiet village set right back off the road. Good parking facilities. Our room was magnificent (10) needs to be seen to appreciate, lovely clean setting, the food superb and the breakfast just right. #All meals served hot. Staff absolutely lovely and friendly not too over whelming at the tables. Pleasant and attendful at all times. Really wonderful place lot of work and restoration and new build can see the old pub and the transformation in photos inside the pub. wonderful place easy access to the town.
Cannot fault a thing. Bedroom lovely and clean perhaps might just say the bed was soft that might not suit everybody so perhaps may need to be aware off that. perhaps just a different mattress a bit firmer, other than that cannot fault the place the scenery the food the hostesses absolutely had a lovely stay will be going back as the weather wasnt great so still places to see and explore but we have thoroughly enjoyed the day out on saturday. So thank you staff.
Fantastic room with great view and bay window. Beautiful bathroom with bath. We ate at the pub - brilliant menu. Awesome terrace and outdoor eating area. Highly recommended.
Food quantity down on last year, but still good.
Breakfast was good but would have appreciated a side plate for the toast. Evening meal, with addition of family, was excellent. View from hotel is lovely.
Although in principle a separate toilet is good, when the space is very restricted, I think it would have been better to have combined the shower, basin and toilet in one space. The towel rail was not big enough for the lovely towels.
