Cons: Room was a little to warm even with the radiator turned off, it was on in the bathroom with no means to reduce it

Cons: No complaints, but a couple of suggestions: usable electric sockets near the bed would have been nice, and the booking.com photos should be updated to show what toiletries are currently provided.

Pros: We thought the bedroom was lovely (stayed in the 4 poster) and it had lots of character. Bed was extremely comfortable.The breakfast was also extremely good and staff friendly.
Cons: The sink did not drain properly and unfortunately, despite the lovely bed, we had a terrible night's sleep due to lots of loud and drunken people in Shrewsbury making their way home on a Saturday night, right in to the early hours. This is why we have rated the value for money particularly low as we paid quite a lot of money for what turned out to be a terrible night's sleep. Even with the window closed you could still hear the noise and police sirens wailing past! I would therefore recommend the hotel but not the room.

Cons: Noise from the bar travelled to the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress in room 5 needs replacing. The breakfast wasn't anything special, with undercooked mushrooms.

Cons: The whole Experian was amazing. From staff to food the the whole experience However the only down fall I could see was mold on walls above the kettle area and in the bathroom. This did not affect our stay.

Cons: The room was unpleasant with obscured glass in windows. The shower was broken, the bath drain was blocked , the room door had to be slammed to close it. There was no shower gel. When I checked out and pointed out the problems I did not receive an apology or any gesture of compensation. Also they did not respond to emails I sent prior to arrival .

Cons: Booking in was made difficult by another customer demanding to know about parking while the member of staff was trying to alter our booking which appeared incorrectly as 2 double rooms for either one or two nights. The member of staff ignored us and dealt with the interupter. Room had a bath, no shower, and the water was so tepid that we boiled kettles to try to keep clean in about 3 inches of water. We were by the kitchen extractor fan which would have been noisy if we hadn't stayed out late at folk festival events

Cons: Sadly breakfast was far too expensive an option at £7.75 as locally it was around £3.00 to £5.00 We paid £3.89 for a large breakfast within 2 minutes walk.

Pros: Comfortable atmosphere, lovely manager, although there were no locals in the pub due to the virus it was still a fun place to be and we felt very at home. 30 second walk from the train station and situated 2minutes from the town it was a lovely place to be:) had our own key to the building so could come and go as we please which would be Brill for late nights out if there were places open

Cons: Only issues we had was with the bathroom; the hot water took at least 5minutes to come through (possibly as we were at the top of the building in which case fair enough) The shower didnt drain quickly enough, by the time the water had heated up the bottom of the shower was full and did overflow at one point so we couldnt enjoy showering. Also a random hole in the floor where it looked as though someone had stepped into a less supported part of the flooring? It was a hazard as it was right by the door and we did almost trip a couple times.
