Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests appreciated the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, often mentioning specific team members by name and highlighting smooth check-in and check-out experiences. The location is generally considered convenient, especially for events at the nearby stadium and access to public transport, with food options close by. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, including reports of pests and insufficient housekeeping, as well as small room sizes and poor soundproofing leading to noise disturbances. While the service stands out as a strong positive, improvements in cleanliness, room size, and noise insulation would enhance the overall guest experience.
