Cons (-) I did not like that they charge 4.50 each for shuttle service. Our cab driver said don’t let them charge you it’s free. When we checked in they asked if we would like a shuttle service and we said yes and they asked for payment. We complied. We realized in the morning this is a free service and we could have just gotten on without payment. You don’t need or have to pay. Thought it was a sneaky way...

Pros (+) The hotel is 5 minutes from the Malpensa airport. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down and older, but nothing to be worried about. There is an excellent restaurant that is a 7 minute walk from the hotel.
Cons (-) The AC in the room did not work very well.

Cons (-) Shuttle service to Airport is not where others are. It is 4€ and leaves from door 4 bus stop 4. No restaurant on site.
Pros (+) Room was spacious, and having the shuttle was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Seems like it could be a good place if you had an early flight, but the shuttle might be an issue, making the airport Sheraton a better option.
Cons (-) Shuttle did not run very often, once an hour when I needed it. The driver from the hotel to the airport was a bit rude. I had been in Europe for 5 months and had extra baggage. He only let me put one bag in the luggage compartment even though we were the last stop and more could fit. Cons (-) -They charge RIDICULOUS 8 Euro from the hotel to the airport, a 900 meters drive !!! (just for comparison, the bus from the aiport to Milan city center is 12 Euros, a 60 KM route) - Only one option of restaurant near by (no restaurant at the hotel)... and guess what? All guests go there at dinner time, it get crowded, very, very slow service
