Pros (+) The rooms were nice, simple though and the bed wasn't incredibly comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn't seem like they wanted to go out of their way for anything, just. Doing the bare minimum. The restaurant was also subpar. I had ordered a steak medium rare and my girlfriend ordered pasta. Her pasta came out about 20 minutes before my steak and she had basically finished her meal by the time mine came out. Cons (-) I didn't like that there wasn't a continental breakfast. You had to give up housekeeping to get a $10 voucher for the buffet. food was just okay, overpriced.

Pros (+) The view of the small harbor and, an excellent gym for workouts were pluses. The restaurant was also very good.
Cons (-) We would have preferred a location a little closer to Victoria. The furniture in our room had a lot of nicks and scratches.
