Pros (+) Affordable, good easy access location, everything within walking distance, quiet.
Cons (-) No AC, No Fridge, No microwave

Pros (+) The housekeeping staff did a great job. The room was very clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Heater didn't work, never got above 60 in the room. Paper thin walls, not worth $157. Door leaked air a lot. "Fireplace" was a joke.
