Cons (-) No internet. If it was working, little to no cable even though they advertise hosting HBO. The rooms are incredibly old. Every shortcut possible was taken, i.e. the hot shower handle is on the cold and cold is on the hot; two different handles. Things weren't dirty but were permanently stained.
