Pros (+) Front desk staff were friendly
Cons (-) The bed linen had not been changed since last customer. Absolutely disgusting feeling to pull the sheets and see it loaded with hair of all sizes.

Pros (+) The room was very nice, clean and cozy.
Cons (-) Woke up to no hot water in my room. Called the front desk and they sent up the maintaince person who had to check the boiler. They then proceeded to tell me they could not refund my stay because I made reservations off of expedia? Being inconvenienced already by not having hot water to shower for the day, I did not recieve a call back after checking out for accommodations
