Pros: Very clean comfy and tidy
Cons: The shower leaked and slippery to get in and out of
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A good breakfast, a nice caring manager!
Cons: I arrived late, past 11 pm, the toilet did not flush. I was very tired so decided to leave the problem until morning, when I approached the Receptionist if she could just move me to a new room, she was unhelpful and unfriendly saying that I could only move if I was to go right now! I was going into Breakfast at the time . It could have been avoided if it was somebody’s job to check the important facilities before the guests arrive.

Pros: Staf its wery friendly
Cons: So long road to the room like a labirint

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good, located close to restaurants, pubs, shopping.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Central location, good size rooms.
Cons: Hotel was undergoing refurbishment which caused a little disruption. Very small car park.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Vicinity only. Good to go to bars and shops. Parking is ok if you can get behind area although there was still another carpark to get past before the hotels. The other is quite a distance away. Yes you get a code to enter it but the barriers lift to exit. So car wasnt safe
Cons: No mention of building work going on. Corridor carpets and decorating going on outside room. Room had broken tiles. Graffiti on bathroom door. No ventilation in bathroom. Breakfast room cold. Interrupting and rude man waiting to seat you. Bar allowed a child to throw cushions all over floor so we had to step over them to get a drink. It was ok for the area but wouldn't recommend it. Due to the work we should have had a refund or reduced price.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Although situated on a main road our room was quiet, car parking a couple of minutes walk away. Staff very friendly, breakfast good and fresh. Short walk into the centre with plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to choose from.
Cons: Twenty minute walk to station for trains to London but decided to take a taxi on our return.
6.0 Good
Pros: Had two rooms , relatively comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast average. Staff were friendly.
Cons: The hotel is currently being refurbished, this did not show anywhere on the booking and would probably not have booked. Because of the refurbishment there was a lot of dust in the air. One room was very cold, the heating did not seem to work properly. Breakfast was average, no bacon initially then just 4 rashers appeared ! Beans had obviously been there for ages.
7.0 Good
Pros: Everything was fine for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions.
Cons: The fact that we were not told about the refurbishment work on our floor, we were staying at the weekend so there was no noise in the morning but the corridor did look like a building site. I would not have been happy if the workers were on site so early.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful. Beautifully presented, huge variety of hot and cold food, served to perfection. The accommodation was lovely, everything you needed, spotless. Viv, the host, was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and very helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clearly VIV takes a pride in her home our room was very clean and tidy with use of a ensuit, breakfast was varied and very good, our host was very pleasant and attentive.
Cons: For the room size there was to much furniture, suggest a couple of pieces could be removed, especially I suspect guests staying for only a night or two. The fragrance from the plug in room freshener was over powering so switched it off and the TV signal broke up several times during the evening. Having stated a time of arrival I would have expected to have been met upon arrival, however the house owner wasn't in and gave a contact number. Furthermore I wouldn't have expected to be allowed into their home unattended as it turned out.
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent location for my needs with a friendly welcoming host. Exceptionally clean with free wifi and parking.
Cons: Rad regulator was broken so heat could not be controlled, had to turn it off completely. There was not a overhead shower but a traditional bath. The wall fragrance was overpowering so had to be switched off. All in all not serious issues which could be dealt with. Paid by credit card and the 3% handling fee was passed on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovey room. Lovely Breakfast. Easy Location
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, parking and cleanliness
Cons: You need a stand up shower
7.0 Good
Pros: The room and who property were very clean and tidy. The host was kind and accommodated my late arrival to the property. The room was well appointed and had the basic things you would need. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tailored to suit my dietary requirements.
Cons: The bathroom only had a shower extension rather than a stand up shower which I hadn’t realised prior to arrival. The room had a projection clock which I had to hide in a draw as it was lighting the room red as I slept.

Cons: There were some people wandering around the corridoors quite late in the evening on the night we stayed (I was kept awake until 3am), this made me feel a little uneasy. I called the 24 hour reception but nothing seemed to have been done as they continued to wander around up and down the corridoors, talking til very late in the evening.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was reasonably clean. That's about it.
Cons: Air con didnt work. Moved to another room. That air con didnt work either. Sweltering hot rooms. So hot Couldn't sleep. Since no aircon worked staff gave us a pedestal fan. That didnt work either. So they gave us a tiny desk fan, which worked but might as well not have. Battered, half-broken shower. Strange people wandering around talking to themselves, shouting at thin air. Constant noise outside, fights, shouting, loud revving engines. Even at the budget price this hotel is no longer worth the money. Last time I stay here.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location is good, very near to Luton airport.
Cons: The room was not clean and the bathroom was very dirty! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The hotel is very run down and overpriced. Not even close to a three star hotel! Poor facilities and very very dirty.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Its a budget hotel and I knew that. As budget hotels go, its pretty good. Easy in and out, functional. Its seen better days and there are issues, but its mean to moan when the price is great. Perfectly nice night's sleep. Recommended, as budget hotels go.
Cons: First time I've had an air conditioner in this hotel so that was great, but it sounded like an aircraft taking off. Very worn and tatty, room smelt of cigarettes, but comfortable enough and everything worked.
6.0 Good
Pros: Reasonable price and location.
Cons: Bed is old and needs a new mattress. Paint peeling. General look of a lot of wear and tear. Sinks have no plugs (annoying) and often seem to block up. (Has happened on three visits.) Nothing terrible, just needs some TLC.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: The heating was not working and the room/bathroom was tired and shabby.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff where helpfull first providing a very small electric heater and then moving me to another room upon request.
Cons: The first room had no heating, and on one of the coldest days of the year. The second room was warm but full of old broken furniture. With a bed the size of a large single definately not a double.

Cons:
5.6 Okay

Cons: No, the hotel was very good.
6.5 Good
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is good as your within a mile of a train station that takes you into central london for less than 10 pounds. Food is also good and reasonable priced.
Cons: No aircon in room so when its hot u sweat. Also my room overlooked a car park which is used by next door swimming centre so it got noisy quite early. Also showers floor was quite slippery which made taking a shower a ballet act at times.

Pros: Central location. Easy reach for city center and airport. On a bus route from the Luton airport

Pros: It was only an 18 minute walk to the airport, however, a local bus pulled up at the bus stop outside the hotel just as I was leaving, so I hopped on paid less than £2 to be dropped at the door of the airport. Most importantly the place was quiet and I got a good night's sleep unlike when I stayed at a cheap hotel in the city centre.
Cons: No food options in the evening except for a vending machines, but for this price, I wasn't expecting any.

Pros: Everything. Just that we managed things like toilet roll etc. No kettle in room but I know it is because it is budget hotel. Nice stay

Pros: How clean everything was and the smell was pleasant. Room was nice and spacious, the bed was really good and comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and clean.
Cons: Price was a bit too much for the rooms, can make it more reasonably priced. Shower gels we’re not amazing, should improve on that get better quality ones

Cons: We were parked in and felt the staff could have gone about finding the person a bit better as we had to wait for 30 minutes plus before the owner was located.
