Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the breakfast to be a positive aspect. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even reports of bedbugs. Service was often described as unresponsive or lacking, with complaints about management and front desk interactions. Bed comfort was also a concern for several guests, and noise levels were mentioned as a problem. Overall, while the location and breakfast received some praise, the hotel struggled with cleanliness, service, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
