Went to St. Louis to watch a Cardinals game. Hotel is conveniently located across the street, just a 3 minute walk from the park and close to many local sites such as the Gateway Arch.
The room we got was located directly above where a loud band played after the baseball game until 2 am. We had trouble sleeping Friday night, and switched to another room that was farther away. What's interesting is they put us in another tower, but it too looked out at the park with the band father away, but could still be heard. You would have thought they would have put us in a room on the opposite side, but they didn't. We were comp'd for the move, but still it could have been handled differently.
Close to ballpark
People to loud next door room with thin walls
elevators were super slow
Location was great
The water pressure was horrible in the shower, and our bed was not comfortable at all
Room 1230 has a wonderful view of Busch stadium.
Terrible pillows. The staff had issues with our reservation. They had a notation in computer to charge the room to an AmEX. We don't have an AmEX. The room was overpriced.
Great view of the stadium! Breakfast buffet was delicious!
East tower elevators had long wait time.
Very friendly staff
Location only good thing
Parking not included and rooms smelled weird and some of staff were very rude! Not worth the price we paid!
Convenient, nice parking arrangement (not too pricey for the city), restaurant/bar at the top of the hotel was very good!
The elevators, though usually efficient, were occasionally slow. It was also a bit difficult to regulate the temperature of the room.
The rooftop bar was amazing!
Everything was great!
Great Location & Nice Facilities
The proximity to the Arch & Ballpark was great as well as the other downtown spots. Never really felt like we needed a taxi except when we went to the Budweiser Brewery. The welcome desk & concierge staff were very friendly & informative.
The only cons I have about this hotels is the elevator w/ the keypads were always backed up, there is no free wi-fi, & the rooms didn't have a fridge. Other than that the hotel was nice.
Elevators are horrible in the east tower 1 is only used for the bar on the roof..it took us 20 minutes to get an elevator from our room on the 9th floor to the lobby because the elevators available to guests staying at the hotelweree full everytime
For someone who is visiting for the first time to downtown St. Louis, this is a nice hotel. The location is the best thing; next door to Bush Stadium, two blocks from the Great Arch, and minutes away from the casinos! Nice pool / hot tub area. Soft matress on the king size bed.
There was a very long wait for the breakfast buffet due to not having enough people working in the restaurant. Be prepared to pay for parking - $25 for overnight/valet and $18 for self parking. Kinda thought that would be included with the rate of the room.
Comfortable room in the location desired with full facilities you would expect from a Hilton. Walking distance to the Arch and nice dinner (Rooster) too.
The fact that the check-in staff could not find my reservation just because my first and middle names were swapped around and they showed no initiative at all was not impressive.
Reasonable price for its location.
The hotel seems to be very popular so long lineup to check in. I hope they could do it much more quicker.
Location, location, location. Right across the street from Busch Stadium, easy access to interstates, and a short walk from the Arch and the Edward Jones Dome.
convienent and comfortable
I was disappointed that the rooms did not look like the rooms on your web page. We were in the east wing not realizing it hadn't been updated as the west wing had been.
