Was told that I could self park my car for $30 per day. On my first attempt I was told by a valet attendant that the parking lot was full and I could back out. The same attendant pulled into the same lot and proceeds to park a vehicle. Which I could have done myself. This lot remained “ full for the entire time I stayed at the hotel! 5 days! If that’s the case include the service! And you will have satisfaction across the board

Spectacular location steps from The Arch. Staff was helpful even though they didn’t solve my issue.
Booked the highest level room available as I hoped to have a view of The Arch from my room (many of the reviews I read indicated they were given rooms without a view). I figured that a suite would guarantee a room with a view of the Arch. When I arrived I was informed that the suites don’t have Arch views (go figure) and they had no other rooms with an Arch view available even if I were to downgrade my reservation. In a hotel with over 850 rooms i just don’t understand how that’s possible. When I asked for a manager she was kind enough to offer me club level access where I could see the Arch-but that wasn’t really the point. Suites were large but bathrooms were tiny, air conditioning vent was directly above the bed which made comfort difficult. And I could hear my neighbors “pillow talk” so loud that we might as well have been roommates. Great location but they need to solve for the numerous shortcomings.
Room was not made up when checking in
We checked in around 7pm. And the room had but been base up at. Just left as the last guest left it, dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses, unmade bed etc. I informed staff, just asking them to make up the room while we went for dinner, since we just checked in and obviously wasn't done. So we come back from dinner and they literally didn't do anything more than make the bed. Left the dirty towels, didn't give us new shampoo, which was completely gone, by the way. Have used water bottles. It was late, so I just delt with it. But really poor service!

Room was not thoroughly cleaned; magazines on floor behind desk and bathroom shower/tub was not clean. While showering, was very discussed to find hairs on the shower walls etc of previous occupants. Called housekeeping and they did come to clean bathroom.
There was not a pool. We wish it was in the description as we planned our whole afternoon around swimming.
When the hotel is packed.. the elevators break down.. searching for alternative route to the 16th! Floor.. Got stuck in the elevator with 7 others.. for about 10 min.. 1 vending machine in lobby only!?!

The room was clean and the location was excellent.
The bedding was inadequate and there was no comforter. The hotel staff couldn't figure out how to send one up to the room and lied about giving a discount for poor service.
