Nice...but not what I expected
Staff was great. Very friendly and professional. If I stay here again, it will be because of the great staff.
I thought it the property would be a little more upscale like other Curio properties I’ve stay with. Also, I chose this hotel partly because of a particular piece of equipment in the fitness center. The equipment was broken unfortunately, but also looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned ever.
Great retreat in the heart of St. Louis
The staff were very friendly and the facility was beautiful. I recommend spending some time in the great hall area to take in the beautiful space.
Well kept, but lacking amenities
Clean, well-kept Fairly good customer service Large room
Seasonal pool Non-hotel customer traffic Long wait for valet (understaffed)
Beautiful historic place.
It was a beautiful building with nice amenities.
They had a special event which kept the remaining guests from the main foyer, bar and Starbucks. It was disappointing to miss those in the evening.
It was being rehabbed a bit so it wasn't in its full glory
The start of something special
The historical structure, staff, greeting and planetarium style show on the historic roof of the train station made the stay unique in every way. The property is undergoing construction, which meant some walking to get to the room with our luggage but it was worth it to walk in and around the old train yard and see one of the countries most amazing stations!
Unique, Entertaining, Restful
The decor and continued renovation to the old station is good. Awesome lobby, rooms clean, plenty to do around the complex. One night wasn't enough. As recommended, use valet parking for both security and convenience.
Lobby staff are a bit robotic. Could use some sprucing up in the way of personality and interpersonal skills.
Difficult to navigate
Large room for the price
Hard to find your way around. Staff was less than helpful.
Staff was outstanding
not having enough money to stay longer
June 30-july 2,2016
Employees was amazing and so was the room.
Parking should've been free and guest needs a map of the hotel
Go back in time with the Union Station Hotel!
-very helpful staff -updated, spacious rooms -AWESOME light show -nice bar in the lobby -beautiful architecture
Parking is $25 for self park and $35 for valet... I highly recommend the valet! It's definitely worth the extra money. (It seems expensive, but a lot of hotels in downtown areas charge money for parking....)
