Pros:The room was large and reasonably comfortable- and I got it at a good price. The bed was very comfortable - and there was a good selection of TV channels. The Wi-FI worked well too. My single biggest complaint is that ALL of the electrical outlets (only 3 in total, not counting the one in the bathroom - not nearly enough for a room this big) were severely overloaded. One outlet was overloaded to the point where the 4-plug extender (completely full) was so heavy that it kept falling out of the wall. I ended up having to disconnect it (and everything hooked to it) in order to keep the TV and one lamp running. When I needed to use the coffee pot in the morning I had to switch the cord for the coffee pot with the one running the TV - both plugged into the same outlet. This is probably a big safety (and fire) hazard.
Cons:I was in a ground floor room and the water was only slightly above lukewarm in temperature (both in the sink & shower) - not very comfortable at all. Those folks on the second floor probably had to shower in cold water!! Also, the halls were not heated- and it was extremely cold (-10 F) the weekend I stayed there. The heater inside the room I had did work well, however. The place was quiet too. I did not have the continental breakfast (just coffee) but it looked pretty meager. This facility is not worth more than $40/night maximum - so if you can get it for that rate (or less) it's probably a good deal.
