Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty carpets, unsanitary towels, mold, and pests as major issues. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff and management being unavailable. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and proximity to stores and restaurants. A few reviews mentioned positive experiences with staff and room amenities, but these were less common. Overall, the negatives, particularly regarding cleanliness, outweighed the positives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
