My room curtains needed to be washed the carpet needed to be shampoo made my white socks bottom black and the bathroom really pissed me off I even took pictures of how bad it was. I talk to the young man he said he was sorry but I asked for him to write a report was just standing there so I said it again for him to write a report. Two rooms 214 245 would like a refund

Cons (-) Non smoking rooms, clean the bathroom and change the sheets in between guests. Absolutely the worst experience in my lifetime

Pros (+) Hotel gave me a free razor after leaving mine at home.
Cons (-) Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Toilet seat had not been totally cleaned and sanitized. Repairs of maintenance items were not complete. Highest protein sources at breakfast were peanut butter servings and milk, rest were cereal or sugar
