Staff , location , property olde worlde
Water pressure in shower was very poor,
Beautiful location and nice food!
The olde world charm of the pub and the attached dining room provides a super atmosphere for a drink and a meal. Selection of real ales complements a varied food menu. Log fires during our autumnal visit completed the cosy feeling
The toilet facilities in the public house are wholly inadequate for the number of people that use this venue.
A small intimate village pub with good food and atmosphere which included accomodation. It answered our requirements for the night
Bedrooms/ensuit facilities need a major modernisation.
Very friendly staff and good food.
The warm welcome and helpful attitude of all the staff

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Bar sold a number of real ales.
Twin beds were not as comfortable as they could have been.
Service, welcome food all good points
No bad points only that we couldn't stay longer
Wonderful traditional pub in stunning surroundings. Even the picnic benches outside had pots of flowers on them!
Bedrooms slightly faded in places. No phone in room and no signal for mobile but hotel kind enough to let me make an essential call on their landline. Hotel had not received reservation for evening meal from Active Hotels.
The pub is wonderful and the standard of food very high. The village of Frampton Mansell is a lovey setting.
There was only one bad point: the bed. It was a queen size bed, I think, and rather uncomfortable for us both. We are not exceptionally tall (5'8'' and 5'9'') - but it seemed a rather short bed!!
In the Cotswold village of Frampton Mansell, The Crown Inn is a 17th-century ‘cider house’ with log fires, traditional home-cooked food, locally brewed real ales and good company! The Crown Inn is a beautiful building dating from 1633. Surrounded by Gloucestershire countryside, you can enjoy excellent views across the Golden Valley. Fine, local ingredients are used to prepare The Crown Inn’s superb choice of dishes, including the popular, traditional Sunday roasts. The rooms are located in the annex. Free wireless internet is available in the public areas. Bedrooms can be converted into seminar rooms for small groups.
