Pros (+) From check it to check out the staff at this one of the best in the business. Everyone on the team goes out of their way to be friendly, helpful and positive. Great breakfast, nice big, clean rooms, large vanity, with big fridge and microwave in the room, nice pool and proximity to Ikea and Sawgrass Mills make stays very pleasurable.
Cons (-) The hotel is currently being renovated so there is a lot of work going on around the hotel. We did not notice a tremendous amount of noice but please be aware that there is currently ongoing activity. Also, there are 2 La Quinta Inns across of 2nd Avenue so be sure that you are at the right building while coming and going. They are managed buy the same team so you can’t go wrong at either one.
Cons (-) Booked King Bed, received confirmation texts - received a full size bed, that was questionably clean.
