Cons (-) Unit is owned by Real Estate agent, not the hotel. When checked in had to walk back into a dodgy arcade between orchid ave and gold coast highway to collect keys. Was told that had 2 keys - which was true, but only 1 fob that was needed to access the floor from the lift, so only really had 1 key. Unit was very old and needed a huge renovation - drawers in kitchen did not line up, water damage to t...
