Central, shops, main bus and train station all within 100m. Clean room, good shower, warm.
Swindon town centre on Saturday night is noisy, hotel is directly opposite the police station.
Customer service good, view over Swindon proximity to Steam hot breakfast and newspaper
We managed to lose the diredtions going round the roundabouts in Swindon itself we lost the number of the road on the road signs but only went round one roundabout twice! It would be better to know in advance that you can park in the drop off area and then you need to go up in the lift to the reception who would then tell you where to park etc
The Hotel was clean and comfortable a very nice place to stay. the staff are helpful and the location is excellent for shopping or going out in the town for a night out . i thought the hotel was very good value for money and would stay there again ..
the only thing that was wrong was my lamp side light did not work .
The staff couldnt have made us feel more welcome. we arrived early hours and the lady on the desk offered tea to us which was a lovely gesture after such a long time travelling.
breakfast hours could be longer, sometimes it was too nice a bed to get out of that early.
Good straight to the point service, very clean and comfortable
Room very clean and with all necessary fittings etc. Proximity to train station excellent.
Very noisy all night due to the trains and the road ,even on upper floor and with window closed, and room very hot and stuffy
very nice staff, very clean, ideal location for shopping and a night out on the town.
Check-in was marred by the fact we were told we had not booked a room for the night. Our computer printout showed everying accurately but the hotel had us booked under my first name. We wasted a lot of time going back to our previous accommodation to fetch documents to prove we had a valid booking for the coming night. The barman was wearing a dirty, stained jumper.
The reception staff were excellent! Very good humoured and helpful.
