Pros (+) It was near to the stadium sour allowed us to walk to the game. The staff was friendly and pretty fast to respond when I called to say the power was out in our room.
Cons (-) several points... 1. Saw roaches.. 5 over a single night stay. 2. Mattress sank very badly on the middle and was not comfortable. 3. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow. We stayed on the 4th floor so really would have liked to use the elevator. 4. The 4th floor hallways and the stairwell were very hot and we had to use them a lot.

Cons (-) Need to refresh the rooms; bathroom had sink that had been cracked and glued back together. Furniture was ready to scrap, it should not have been in use. Carpet in hall was too dirty for a hotel of their class. Breakfast was extremely limited, no warm offerings other than toast, but the toaster was hit-and-miss as to whether it would get warm enough to toast bread.
Pros (+) I had a horrible stay the night before so honestly the bar was set rather low. I don't want to talk down the place, for what we paid it was more than I expected. The place was clean enough and if your going to a game your not going to get much closer. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, not that I expected to see my car up on blocks the next morning but I also wouldn't have gone for a long walk...
Cons (-) The staff kind of causes a bit of a snafu since I had to separate bookings for the weekend. I was rather worked up when I got the call but the cooler head of my girlfriend was able to sort it out in no time. Some of the doors that I would have like to have locked didn't (Back Stairways and such). There were literally missing a/c units in a couple of second floor halls but with the current outside ...

Pros (+) Pool area was good...shuttle from the airport was amazing. Nice guy.
Cons (-) The non-smoking is fake. The hallway outside my door reeked of Pot. Employee walked by, didn't do anything about it. Breakfast sucked. Staff was not very customer service oriented. More just hurry up and sleep and get out

Cons (-) The facilities need a lot of help. It looks like they haven't put any maintainance into the building for a few years. Our shower was broken, there were dents in the walls, paint chipping, and holes in the curtains.
Pros (+) Common areas are open, bright, and clean. Breakfast area is large and comfortable. Attractive entry, lots of parking out front. Good internet with hard-wire connection in the room. Good location.
Cons (-) I stayed here years ago when it was Holiday Inn Express. The place shows a lot of wear since then. The draperies were ripped so you could not completely shut out light. There were two towels but no hand towels, no washcloths.
