Guests consistently praise the hotel’s exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, central location in the Medina, and the beautiful, artistic atmosphere of the riad. The breakfast is frequently described as tasty, varied, and served on a scenic terrace. Many highlight the unique decor, comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness. Some guests note challenges with accessibility, such as lack of elevator and difficulty reaching the property by car, as well as occasional noise from nearby construction.
