10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing, wonderful grounds and views to die for. Food and facilities were top notch. I will be back with the wife
Cons: The half board was confusing For some of my group when sorting out which room had which meal and was hard to get your head around. £8 a head was removed in the restaurant and another £22 in check out did seem a bit odd.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Stonefield Castle was beautiful. The views from our room and the dining area were exceptional. The food was outstanding and the staff was very helpful. The walking paths and gardens surrounding the castle were my favorite part.
Cons: The room was great except for the mattress. It wasn't too bad, but it was definitely not the sort of plush, high end mattress that we were expecting for a place like this.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location on Loch Fyne. Building full of character with comfortable rooms. Plenty of nice spaces to relax in. Great food and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast times not ideal if working in the area. Supposedly 0730 breakfast start was really 0740 the day I stayed. OK for holidaymakers but not for business. Also wifi is poor - It's rural location so understandable

Pros: Location
Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't use restaurant or bar due to virus and no breakfast but packed lunch supplied, a sandwich, fruit and no juice. Very disappointing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with wonderful views and walks, and splendid gardens Fabulous food - both dinner and breakfast Big comfortable room with good quality bed linen and towels Free use of phone - very useful given the lack of mobile signal
Cons: Rather slow service on occasion; some members of staff seemed rather uninterested in their guests! Lack of hooks in room to hang up wet coats, unless you wanted to put them in the wardrobe Bathroom light went off in the middle of the night, which was very inconvenient given that we had an internal bathroom. Had to stretch a table lamp in there in the morning to have a shower. It was fixed pretty early, though. Very flakey, slow and unsecured wifi
