Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, delicious and varied breakfast, peaceful location close to nature and the lake, and spacious, clean rooms. The swimming pool and amenities like sauna and jacuzzi were also appreciated, though a few guests noted the pool was small. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as a booking error, soft mattresses, or limited breakfast pastry selection, but overall, guests felt welcome and enjoyed a relaxing stay.
