Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and city attractions, with many enjoying beautiful sea views and convenient access to restaurants and public transport. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several guests describing dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Service was also a common concern, as many reported absent or unhelpful staff and issues with check-in.
