Had to book another room because I had a horrible experience with the staff at Hotel Bixby. The awesome people at Red Roof Inn were courteous and polite.

I’m a very patient and positive person but It’s not ok Red Roof to charge me $359 a week for a room & NOT clean it once in 7 day’s, not provide breakfast, take out trash, not provide laundry & not allow me to sit outside when pools are open in AZ. Not cleaning is not a CDC guideline! The little staff you have left Red Roof inn plus Tempe are great and they are ready to reopen under the new guidelines but all they can say is we are waiting for corporate! It’s not ok to use Covid to not serve your paying guests. If I am doing now 90% of services I am paying you to do my weekly rate should reflect that! Or is it like many corporations are discovering they can run skeleton crews, offer minimal services and still make bank blaming it in Covid! I will not ever stay in a Red Roof Inn or affiliate nor recommend. Boo on you! Federal, Arizona and Tempe bans have been lifted and you can safely do all of the above per guidelines. You get zero smiles to share
