Great location to pick up a car that is not at the airport. Friendly staff. Had to wait to long in a line of only 3 people. The employee redeemed himself with me by offering to just take the keys and email the receipt before helping the next customer. That was helpful and attentive to my needs. It was definitely a good fit for someone who needs a car in Phoenix and does not need an airport rental.
