Guests say

Guests frequently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the good value for money offered by the hotel. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with several guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable or worn. The hotel's location was generally considered acceptable, though some found it difficult to access. Overall, while service and value were strong points, cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
