Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praised the staff for being helpful, courteous, and supportive, particularly at the front desk and housekeeping. The location is also considered convenient for temple visits and airport access. Some guests found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. However, several reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dated interiors and poor hygiene practices. Negative feedback was also given regarding service, with complaints about unhelpful or poorly trained staff, lack of empathy in customer service, and inflexible booking policies.
