Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Tokushima University and public transport, and several reviewers found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. However, many guests were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, describing them as dirty, old, or in need of renovation. Room size was also a common complaint, with several guests finding the rooms small or cramped. Overall, while the location and service received positive mentions, cleanliness and room size were significant areas of concern.
