The hostal was in the middle of Toledo just right for exploring. The hostal provided breakfast which made the nightly rate extremely good value. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful in recommending places to eat and drink.
Not about the hostal, it was great but a word of caution about Toledo, most of the streets are either up or down hill, not many are level and it is easy to get slightly lost. Make sure you have a decent map!

Great Location, Room was clean and looked colonial Spainiah. I liked the armoire.
Staff are friendly, but speak almost no English. There was a hard working women working the desk, but communication was difficult. The Cont. breakfast was to order, but when you do not speak Spanish can be very tricky. It was also served far to late at 9 am. If you want to leave in the morning, this can be to late.

It is conveniently located near Santa Tome. The staff are wonderful -- friendly, great service. The room was cozy and warm for my springtime visit. The hostal is very clean. The restaurant has good food and coffee. I felt at home there and found it a great place to rest.
Sometimes I could hear what was going on in the room next to me.
