Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Toledo. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Several reviews highlighted the value for money and pleasant common areas. However, parking was a consistent issue, with guests noting difficulty finding spaces nearby or high parking costs. Some minor complaints included room details like old furniture, hard pillows, and occasional noise, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
