Pros (+) The guy who sat on the porch was very nice
Cons (-) Rundown, spray painted building at the end of an alley. It's a low end hostel at best. Creeky futon bed frame with thin mattress pad was unpleasant. The room had a window hole without a window that they just stuffed a pillow in to keep the critters out. Glue traps for squirrels mice and birds covered the floor under the bed.

Pros (+) Close to UofT and Chinatown
Cons (-) I had to call the police on another guest. Staff did nothing.
