Cons (-) Staffing was rude; when walking in the first words said were “no no no check in isn’t until 3pm you cant check in” we had called days and the morning of for early check in and told it was fine and placed on our reservation. Pros (+) Quick access to the room, check in and check out was fast! The room was very nice and neat!
Cons (-) I suffer from migraines so I wasn't happy with their choice of fragrance that they used in the room, some sort of patchouli oil smell or something. They should use something less offensive. Otherwise there were no other complaints everything was fine!
