The staff were amazing but the aircon in our room didn't work. Was quite hot . Didn't like that when we booked a two bedroom apartment it wasn't joined together we had to use the keys to get into separate rooms was very inconvenience when travelling with children and not what was advertised.

The toilet in our room didn’t flush. We notified the staff at the front desk - they checked it, and also couldn’t make it work. We were told they “would report it to maintenance” ... which was good, but didn’t solve our issue of being stuck in a room for the night with a toilet that didn’t flush. We thought perhaps they would offer to move us to a different room, but they didn’t. Not really acceptable to leave guests in a room with a malfunctioning toilet.
