Pros (+) I look for affordability, location, and hot tub in that order and this stay met it all. Also, we had three people and we didn't need to ask for anything extra (towels, tp, ect.), so that was a plus.
Cons (-) The door was broke for the bathroom at the pool. Felt like I was going to get locked in because it had to be jammed shut to lock it, then it wouldn't open right away.
