This lovely hotel is situated in Bryce. The premises count with 50 welcoming rooms. No pets are allowed on the premises.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, restaurant included, room has everything you need
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very close to Bryce Canyon. Has a place to eat on site. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was helpful. Love that I could park right outside my door for easy loading and unloading.
Cons: I booked here because it was one of the few places that said it had queen beds, not doubles. They sure didn’t feel like queen size to me. I will admit I haven’t slept in a queen for a while so maybe they are much smaller than I remember. The bed was comfortable, just small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great since we came late to check in.
Cons: All good!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent. The room was quiet, clean and relatively spacious. Check in and check out were easy. Restaurant is in walking distance, has many options and excellent service.
Cons: Mattress was way too soft, not supporting well. Shower water temperature and pressure varies while you are using it. I got scalded due to a sudden rise in temperature.
7.0 Good
Pros: There is a microwave and refrigerator. And it's next-door to a restaurant. It's quiet.
Cons: It was farther away from the National Park than I'd expected. If you want to buy groceries before arriving, do so while still in the park area. It's 3-5 miles to get to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This a beautiful country style motel. The staff were lovely and helpful. It had everything I wanted, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The decor matched the environment. There is free parking directly in front of your room. A great restaurant on the premises. Close to Bryce Canyon. This was my favourite place to stay on my recent trip to the United States.

7.1 Good
Pros: Glad the AC also blew out warm air in the room and bathroom.. it was very cold the night we stayed. Their restaurant isn't bad either.

Cons: Nothing came to mind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property was beautiful, clean, well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to return.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing in particular
Cons: The buffet was the worst I've ever eaten at and it was pretty clear that no one cared. The chicken was over cooked and dry. The Chinese noodles tasted strange. The bread sticks had raw dough in the center. Etc...
6.3 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Very little soundproofing in rooms. I could hear people walking around upstairs and next door and rolling their luggage on upstairs hallway. Not restful. Breakfast was fair. Shower was not clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a large varity.
6.0 Good
Cons: The food in this area was terrible. Subway was way better!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms & yummy food
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice to eat a US hotel breakfast with real cutlery. As long as you accept that Ruby's is almost a captive package, then your stay will be fine.
Cons: Attitude of the service staff could be better. I thought that your server would happily accept a suggested 20% tip for a self serve dinner buffet was a bit over the top.

Pros: Nice staff. Good breakfast. Generally clean and nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: great
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location for Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome parks. Walkable to a couple of restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast was ok but nothing special
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good breakfast. Clean room. Good location (quiet) to start to Bryce Canyon NP.
Cons: not enough tables in breakfast room. you better eat on the way when you arrive late, or bring your own food. It is remote and everything was closed in the evening. High price compared to other bookings on our trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and nice
Cons: No
7.1 Good
Pros: Fresh Pancakes for breakfast. Close to Bryce and ok restaurants. Good for a night.
Cons: Breakfast was very American... (from a European view). But they had a pancake machine (sadly no proper jam oder the like to out on it). Room was a bit run down. Laundry came out of the machine dirtier as we put it in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good. Overall condition is good compare to the price.
Cons: No enough parking and the bathtub drain is clogged.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very comfortable place with nice room. Two restaurants next door. Friendly and helpful staff. A real bonus was that on Saturday evening, the Manager (I apologize that I forgot his name) gave a talk about the geological history of this fascinating area, as well as other helpful information.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: We spent the day at Bryce Canyon and was ready to check in and relax before dinner. However, check-in was not until 3 PM which we understood. We went and killed some time and came back at 3 and no one was in the office. At about 3:15 I called the number on the door for after hour questions and he said they would send someone to the office. The person who checked us in was friendly enough. This was during the beginning of the off season so the rate was pretty cheap. I would have been VERY upset if the rates would have been anymore (which I am guessing they are during peak season).
Cons: No one was in the office when they said they would be to check visitors in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sheets were cozy
Cons: It was cold and there was not an extra blanket in the room
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Cleanliness

7.5 Good
Pros: the breakfast was really good--crowded place but had multiple serving lines
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great deal for a place right outside Bryce Canyon National Park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast, appreciated I could get gluten toast.
Cons: Unsure
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was big, clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. Being so close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon National park was excellent - it was a matter of minutes to the Bryce Canyon amphitheatre rim and walks.
Cons: The breakfast was excellent, however, it was provided by another facility 200 yards walk away, and involved a 10 to 15 wait in a line.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Though the hotel wasn’t full (and we checked in fairly late in the day so it wasn’t likely that the property would fill up that night of our one night reservation) all the guests who checked in about the same time we did were placed in adjacent rooms of a building that was mostly empty. It would’ve been nice to be in one of the other empty rooms not so close to the other guests rather than have all of us right next door to one another
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fireworks display for town was a step out of our door. I watched from the balcony
7.0 Good
Cons: The packets of coffee in the room were terrible...one mouthful was all We could take. It tasted salty.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The value is too high. Breakfast too simple
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms; very comfortable beds; excellent location
Cons: Pricey; breakfast selection was pathetic
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Located very close to Bryce Canyon. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: The breakfast was very limited with selection. Could have been more offerings like a waffle maker or donuts. Not a very kid friendly breakfast selection.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, low price that includes breakfast, amenities in the room, pet-friendly, clean.
Cons: Miscommunication about where the breakfast at. We were told at check-in the breakfast will be at a restaurant next to the lodge but when we went there in the morning, there was a paper notice that the restaurant was closed for the season and the breakfast was at the restaurant across the street. And so many other people had the same experience as us. Good thing was the continental breakfast at the restaurant across the street was decent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, very clean, staff were friendly, love the buffet breakfast , price is very reasonable. I will highly recommend this place to my family & friends.
Cons: None

Pros: Room was very pleasing. It was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything worked well. You can tell they take pride in their rooms.
Cons: WiFi didn't work well, used mobile data.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was well decorated, good breakfast included and not too far from Bryce Canyon Park.

Pros: Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.
Cons: Service in the restaurant was not great. Not getting what we ordered and starters not being delivered at all!
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. Scotty at the restaurant was very welcoming and nice.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING IT WAS NOT SAFE ITS IN A TRAILER PARK WITH HOMELESS
Cons: CLEANING AND SAFETY
4.2 Okay
Pros: The included buffet breakfast is good.
Cons: A very small shower + toilet without ventilation and no exhaust fan is provided for two rooms for 4 people. Obviously it is substandard in consideration with money paid. There is no living room. A big bed is placed in the room with entrance door. No chair is provided. One room is equipped with heating fan and the other nil. The door in between the two rooms must be kept open to keep the other room warmer. So, one room is too hot and the other is too cold. There is no privacy for two rooms and is not suitable for two couples to share the accommodation.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was conveniently located near the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Cons: The biggest concern was that the entry door did not lock properly. Found it unlocked one day on return to the room after maid service had been in the room. Cold water faucet leaked and made puddle on floor. Room was tiny. Very thin walls.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Cowboy Restaurant was not open.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I expect not to have a lot of amenities, but I do expect certain things in a hotel of which clean is foremost and this was not. The place is very run down. Phone didn’t work, remote was gone, mice droppings were seen and mice heard. Pool was dir
Cons: Everything I didn’t like, except the front desk clerk was nice. L. If the cost was ---dollars per night I might understand but it was way too much for camp like conditions.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The pool was closed, they were out of ice. The restraint that was at the motel was high priced and low quality.

Pros: Nice area, patio rockers, decoration
Cons: The heating unit was too loud. The unit cycled every 5 to 7 minutes. The rear door was not sealing properly. Not repaired during our 3 days stay. Hot water frozen 1st morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable place to stay in a scenic and quiet setting about 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. Had a superb dinner at the restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and room were amazing! And the restaurant fabulous ! I had a strip steak and my husband had duck and we both cleaned our plates!!
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location couldn't be better! Place was clean and new. Furnishings were basic but comfortable and the decor was average. I would definitely stay again. We stayed in Primrose Cottage and it was an ADA one so the others may be a bit different. Definitely eat at the associated restaurant, Stone Canyon Grill; it was unbeatable!! Excellent in every way! It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
Cons: A few things needed to be tweaked: the shower door drug on the floor a bit and made a loud noise and the place was a little stuffy when we first arrived.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Inn is very well located to visit Bryce Canyon and the surroundings. The on site Restaurant, has a great selection of specialities and very nice, European style food with a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. The rooms are modernly furbished and very well arranged. The kitchenette is well equipped. Coffee and tea are supplied.
Cons: There is no option to have breakfast on site, so don't forget to make your provisions.

Pros: There were many small amenities like the dust rags for dusty shoes, the draft-stopper for the door, a pretty light in the bathroom, comfortable bed with padded headboard, two power strips, oatmeal for breakfast, granola bars, and a large tv with access to Netflix and other special channels.
Cons: The rooms on the highway side are a bit noisy from traffic (when there is traffic).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, comfortable bed.
Cons: More unusual than unlikable. Stayed two nights and never saw a staff person. Only four office hours per day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy room-thorough attention to amenities -everything(lights,appliances,etc) worked. Explicit instructions provided for TV, miscellaneous things.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great for one night after hitting Bryce. Good value for the price. Clean but basic. Recommended! For food, we tried the pizza place across the street and it was stupendously good!
Cons: Control of room temperature a bit iffy, it was either too hot or too cold. Quiet until about 6am when the first vehicles start to roll but it's not a problem. Room is small but it's enough. Mattress firm but we slept well.
