Big rooms and nice design
Unusable ironing board in room
Overall the room.
Street noise, odd noise from AC or something, room wasn’t cleaned day 2 because I had DND unto 9:30. I slept very poorly due to noise. (Room was clean, just passed over.) Oh, they forgot to mention they charge $6 a day for parking. Not a lot but never mentioned when I checked in.
Room was nicely decorated and staff was friendly
It was SO noisy. Room faced Speedway and I heard cars all night long. They need down bedding. Pillows were super lumpy and towels too rough
The hotel location is very convenient for visitors to the University of Arizona campus. The rooms are clean and very nicely appointed and parking was easy and accessible. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very helpful with my requests. The bartender was nice and sold me a couple of beers even tho I came down as he was closing.
I appreciated the soap dispensers in the shower and lack of disposable toiletries in the bathroom. However, I don't think the soap in the shower had been installed correctly as they were labelled the same but filled with different liquids.
Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was perfectly comfortable, linens felt nice as did the towels (soft, fluffy). The room coffee was seriously good. Some smart touches to the room (ie the motorized window shades, lighting). They gave us a ADA room, not requested but nice to know there were thoughtful touches. Hopefully a regular room has much of the same. Breakfast offerings were really good and easy to add to our room charge. Thoughtful and fun lobby area. Wish we had more tome to enjoy all that was offered. Hopefully, next time!
Didn’t have time for a swim, maybe next time!
