Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Many reviewers also praise the friendly and helpful staff, with several positive experiences regarding staff responsiveness and service upgrades. However, noise is a recurring issue, with complaints about construction, loud music, and poor soundproofing. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting mold, odors, and maintenance issues. Amenities such as beach club access and room features also draw criticism, particularly regarding inconsistent policies and lack of certain facilities. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, noise, cleanliness, and amenities are areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
