Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many appreciate the convenient location near Jungle Beach and scenic views. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, poorly maintained bathrooms, and inadequate housekeeping. While some guests enjoyed the food, pool, and atmosphere, others noted that the property is aging and in need of maintenance. Service is generally viewed positively, though there are isolated reports of unprofessional or rude behavior at reception. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay for those prioritizing service and location, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.
