Pros (+) The staff was great, very sympathetic and helpful
Cons (-) The place was worn out and in need of upgrades. Everything felt a bit dirty, not because it wasn't cleaned regularly, but because many of the surfaces were worn and stained. Needs an overhaul.

Cons (-) Our room was right in front of the elevators, rude guests were being loud until late hours.
