I was impressed with the size of the room when I first entered. It looked clean and modern. I was delighted to find more electrical outlets than any hotel offered previously. Since we both use CPAPs, we each needed an outlet on either side of the bed and it more than accommodated that need. Pros (+) The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable! The staff slipped a bill under our door for a charge from the gift shop, which we never made. Thankfully, the front desk clerk was able to remove it from our bill.
Cons (-) Not have someone charge something to our room, even though it was a simple fix. Whether it was an error on the staff overhearing the wrong room number or the guest saying the wrong room number, charges should not be allowed that way.
