Cons (-) Room was gross. We even moved to another room and that one was gross. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel.
Pros (+) Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was probably the best I have had in a very long time.
Cons (-) Bedside lamp was broken, only one side working. They were having a problem with the pool and hot tub, so the areas were closed.

Pros (+) The room was a good value for the night and close to the mall, plenty of nearby places to eat. Plus close to the office where my meetings were held.
Cons (-) There were no lights in the room that were bright enough.
Pros (+) Proximity to the Portland airport and to Vancouver Mall.
Cons (-) The breakfast items could have been of better quality. The agent at the reservation desk, "Shylo", was uncooperative, rude, and condescending. She should be fired!
