Pros (+) Modern and very clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Staff at breakfast was not so friendly, didn't even make eye contact. Not typical for Italy! Had to chase them down to get a cappuccino as the coffee was cold.
