It would have been nice to have a way for us to get to/from the airport other than a taxi, Uber, or Lyft (need some sort of a shuttle). I don't understand why the "airport location" can have a shuttle, but this "satellite location" can't. I also don't understand why it costs an add'l $20-$30/day++ to rent from the airport location since it is all "Hertz".4.0 Mediocre

The location was not at the airport I took bus to location finding out I was at another location. Paid 20 dollars for a cab to second lo locationCons:

Pros:
The first person I dealt with was not very professional. He was going to charge me because I was an hour and a half early. Not easy to work with at all. You are the only car rental place that asks for a insurance policy , who carries that with them. 🙃. The woman I ended up dealing with was wonderful. Also the man I was asking questions about gas fill up prices had no idea. Easierent by far was one of the hardest rental places to deal with. It was in the past too in Fort Lauderdale. I thought I’d give you a second chance. This will be the last time I use easierent. I wpuld pay the extra money for professionalism next time.Cons:

Sadly, your W.P.B staff are under considerable pressure and understaffed. Your manager needs support to improve the customer experience. I will choose to order next rental on site for more a "a good feel" experience. Excessive time waiting for the shuttle bus was the start of our negative trip experience.Sixt

Pros:
We are very rare car rental shoppers. Overall the service was what I would expect to better. Car was clean and received upgrade when vehicle we reserved was not available.Cons:
Received damaged vehicle which we brought up to agent. She said they knew and it was documented on our rental, but I think it should have came up immediately when we got the keys. Also required $200 refundable deposit? Not sure why, they had our credit card info and we did purchase insurance. Had to wait multiple business days after rental to have deposit refunded.10.0 Wonderful

The opportunity to choose a different color of the car. We had a new Mercedes Van ( which was perfect) by we lived by the sea and Black was not so ideal for us.9.2 Wonderful
