Pros:Friendly but she added a liability insurance supplement when we specifically told her we declined the extra coverage because we were paying with Amex Card that provided full first dollar liability coverage. Pros:The drop off was relatively easy but the location was very difficult to findCons:If I could have picked up the car a day earlier. Because Priceline/Dollar would not let me add a day to the existing reservation I had to do two separate reservations and drop offs / pick ups. Ridiculous!!Reviewed 7 May 2021

Pros:The car was fine.Cons:The lady working the desk was rude , impatient and very unpleasant. There no paper work we received telling us where to return the car and googling the location was confusing due to different addresses coming up. There was a loud argument out front between the gatekeeper and another person. The renting experience there was pitiful.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2021

Pros:Not much! The car was clean and in good condition.Cons:We waited in line for 57 minutes! Only one clerk, who took 5-7 minutes per customer to check people in. The company obviously does not value or respect its customer's time. This was not customer service but customer abuse. The company knew - or should have known - how many customers were coming in, and should have staffed appropriately, but they obviously valued saving some staff salaries by understaffing, over delivering acceptable standards of service. Also, their IT was inefficient. There's no excuse for having a mediocre system that takes so long to check in customers with reservations - pre-paid in my case. All in all, an infuriating experience, not to be repeated!Reviewed 22 Apr. 2021

Pros:We received the type of car we reserved.Cons:Check in. Our car wasn’t ready for an entire hour after our scheduled reservation time. My family (3 of which are small kids) had to wait outside for an hour while the van was “getting cleaned”. Woman at front desk was rude. Car smelled like vomit— we had to stop off to purchase an air freshener it was so bad.Reviewed 12 Apr. 2021
