Pros (+) Lovely hotel very close to St marks but quiet ( we visited end Feb ), great service and nothing was to much for the staff. Would stay their again without hesitation!

Pros (+) Great location, short walking distance from San Marco and nice shops and restaurants. Very close to the waterbus. Very elegant, clean and breakfast was excellent. I will come back.
