The location. You can watch Piazza San Marco from your bed. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and dinning table. The windows cover the whole side that overlooks the Piazza.

The service of the staff could be improved a little bit. It is a boutique hotel with very limited number of guests so I expect the staff to handle their quests a little bit better and faster.

The location was incredible . The accomdation was amazing and the staff where wonderful....

Great Location specially rooms with view to San Marco plaza, helpful & welcoming staff & fabulous interior decoration.

The bill noise from the clock tower, not easy to find the entrance first time.

If you want a generously spacious, luxury place to stay on St Mark’s Sq in Venice then this IS the place to be. It has a spectacular view of the Basillica and the Sq. It also has a sauna and jacuzzi corner bath to relax back in. Breakfast bacon, eggs, fruit, yoghurts, mini muffins and croissants -served in your suite-are copious! The suites are actually located in the famous Clock Tower itself and very quiet thanks to the large, glazed windows. Altogether fabulous!

The fact that the tv picture did not switch off or that the WiFi speakers did not work

Superb facility with excellent and helpful staff The view over St marks square was breathtaking immediately opposite the basilica, breakfast was brilliant in a private dinning room almost we cannot imagine a better hotel and position superb
